Regulations on the conduct of the International Online Competition «GOLDEN TIME TALENT»

1. General Provisions

  • The purpose of the International Online Competition “GOLDEN TIME TALENT” (hereinafter referred to as the Competition) is to promote talented participants of all ages from all over the world in all areas of creativity and art.
  • Terms used in this Regulation:
  • Register of participants and received awards – an electronic database maintained by the Organiser of the Competition in order to record information about the Participants who participated in the Competition and their results;
  • Website – the official website of the Organiser https://golden-time.uk.com;
  • Social network account – the official page of the Competition on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube;
  • Like-battle – an additional part of the Competition, where an ordinary viewer acts as a jury, and the evaluation criterion is the likes of the competitive works in social networks;
  • The Winner of the Competition is the Participant who received the Grand Prix.
  • The Prize-winner is a participant of the Competition who took the 1st (first), 2nd (second) or 3rd (third) place in the Competition.

2. Participants of the Competition

  • Participants of the Competition can be individuals of all ages and teams.
  • On behalf of persons under the age of 18, their legal representatives act.
  • On behalf of the team, an authorized person acts in the form of the head of the team or a person elected to represent the interests of the team.

3. Organisation of the Competition

  • The Organiser of the Competition is:GOLDEN TIME TALENT LTD, United Kingdom, Hornchurch, High street, RM11 1TX, 127A
  • The competition is held remotely (online).
  • The Organiser maintains the Register and issues extracts from it.
  • To coordinate the preparation and conduct of the Competition, the Organiser may create an Organising Committee.
  • The composition of the Organising Committee is approved by the Organiser.
  • Organiser/Organising Committee:
  • determines the terms of the Competition;
  • forms the composition of the jury;
  • organises the selection of participants for participation in the Competition;
  • organises the work of the press center during the Competition;
  • contributes to the organisation of advertising on radio, television, in the press to enterprises, institutions, organisations, individuals who supported the organisation and conduct of the Competition;
  • coordinates the conduct of the Competition, etc.
  • The Competition is held in directions and nominations, which are determined by the Organising Committee / Organiser and are published on the Website.
  • Participants are divided into age categories: up to 5 years old, 6-7 years old, 8-10 years old, 11-14 years old, 15-17 years old, 18-24 years old, 25-30 years old, 31-50 years old, 50 and more, mixed .
  • The selection of the Competitive Works is made within the terms specified on the Website (the deadlines for submitting Applications) and is carried out by the Organising Committee / Organiser. The timing of the selection for the Competition may change.
  • The Competition is considered to be held from the moment the jury members determine the Winner.
  • Like-battle as an additional part of the Competition is held separately.

4. Jury of the Competition

  • A Jury of the Competition is created to ensure an independent expert assessment of the Participants of each season of the Competition in a specific direction.
  • The composition of the Jury is approved by the Organising Committee / Organiser.
  • The Jury consists of leading figures of culture and art, foreign experts from different countries.

5. The order of participation in the Competition and the requirements for the Competition Entries The order of participation in the Competition:

  • filling out an Application for participation in the Competition;
  • sending by the Organiser of a letter with the conditions and tariffs of the Competition fee;
  • payment of the Competition fee;
  • submission of the Application, which consists in filling out a full registration form, sending the Competition Work and copies of documents confirming the payment of the Competition fee;
  • determination of the composition of participants in each direction, nomination and age category;
  • determination of Winners.
  • The performance of songs is allowed in any language.
  • The Organiser does not limit participants in creative manifestations when they submitting Competition works, but the jury evaluates according to the criteria that are sent to each Participant after filling out the Application.
  • The Organiser may ask the Participant to replace the Competition work, and may also disqualify the Participant if the submitted work violates the format of the Competition, the rights of copyright holders, human principles, etc.
  • If a Participant fails to submit a Competitive Work by the deadline for submitting Applications, that Participant will be disqualified.
  • Preliminary listening or viewing of the works of the Participants is carried out by the Organiser / Organising Committee.
  • The competition work must correspond to the nomination and direction of art in which it is presented.
  • The competition work is accepted after payment of the Competition fee.
  • Informing the Participants about the events related to the Competition is carried out on the Website and on the official accounts of the project in social networks. Placing any official information on the Website is the official procedure for informing. Each Participant is considered to be properly informed from the moment the information is published on the Website. Reports on the results of the Competition, as well as award materials, are published on the Website.

6. Design of the Competition Work

  • Depending on the direction, the Competition Work is presented in the form of an audio, video or photo file.
  • The video file must be no more than 5000 MB in total.
  • If it is impossible to reproduce the file, the Jury of the Competition has the right to request from the Participant the materials of the work in a convenient format.
  • Competition Works larger than 25,000 MB will not be accepted.
  • Competition Work can be submitted by sending by e-mail and providing a link to the Website, file hosting.
  • For sending by e-mail, the folder with the Competition Work is archived according to the ZIP standard and must have the “.zip” extension. The contents of the archive must not be closed in any way (password, key, etc.).
  • When sending an e-mail with the Competition Work to the Organiser’s address, the name of the Participant and the name of the work must be indicated in the text of the letter.

7. Procedure for evaluating the Competition Works and determining the Winners

  • After the deadline for submission of applications (selection), the Organising Committee generates a table of Competition Works of the Participants and sends to each member of the Jury.
  • All selected Competition Works submitted by the Participants are posted on the official page of the Competition on Youtube.) Depending on the Competition fee tariff chosen and paid by the Participant, the Competition Work may also be posted on the official page of the Competition on Facebook and/or Instagram.
  • Each member of the Jury examines the Competition Work and gives it a score from 1 to 10 points.
  • After all members of the Jury have evaluated each Participant, the data is entered into the general table of the Competition.
  • The Participant who scores 100% receives the Grand Prix, 90-99% takes the 1st place, 80-89% – takes the 2nd place, 60-79% – the takes 3rd place, 59% or less – the diploma winner.
  • Participant, according to the paid tariff of the Competition fee and whose Competition work has gained 500 or more “likes” on the official page of the Competition on Youtube, has the right to participate in the Like battle. According to the results of the Like-battle, the Winners (1st, 2nd and 3rd places) are determined by the total number of “likes” of the Competition work.
  • The results of the Competition are posted on the Website, as well as published on the pages of social networks (Instagram, Facebook, Youtube).
  • The Jury’s decision to select the Winners of the Competition is final, not subject to appeal, and comes into force as soon as it is published on the Website.

8. The order of awarding the participants of the Competition

  • According to the results of the Competition, each Participant receives a free Diploma in electronic form with the signature of the Jury and the seal of the Organiser, and also, depending on the paid tariff of the Competition fee, additionally receives an extract from the register, gratitude to the teacher and / or publication on the official page of Facebook and / or Instagram.
  • The participant who won the Grand Prix receives a diploma 17×22 cm on a wooden base for free. Each participant of the Competition has the right to purchase Souvenir products posted on the Website and order an extract from the Register for an additional fee.
  • The Organiser reserves the right to award the Participant with other memorable prizes and awards.
  • Winners and Participants of the Competition, who won prize places, have the right to take part in the GOLDEN TIME TALENT International Festival on the conditions determined by the Regulations on the GOLDEN TIME TALENT International Festival
